	8/30/11	Excellent care by the desk staff on up to the vets. Both Dr Shinsky and Dr Hudson listen to your descriptions. I especially like that they describe diferent levels and options for treatment the pro's and con's of each approach. I not only take my own pets there, but also the pets from our non-profit rescue. Staff go out of their way to accommodate our emergencies.Cost is on par with the area, but with long-term customers, they have allowed payment plans.
