	10/15/11	Dr Greenwell was a big disappointment. My cat was very ill sent to animal hospital. On follow up appointment he has his tech come in room. Paid huge office visit and Dr. wasn't even going to come in exam room until we asked. Not impressed. Will never go back there again!
