nice place, vet is good for routine stuff but not when your pet is sick - he practices old school medicine and not up to date on current practices staff are nice but definitely a sales push. overpriced. I paid $3500 for a routine cruciate repair, my dog never stopped limping months after surgery. Then they tried to sell houndreds of dollars worth of laser therapy to fix HIS mistake. He is more expensive than the boarded surgeon in London.

The staff and Dr.Firth are excellent they are all very friendly and helpful. They take their time with you and your animal. They are a little pricey but I will pay the extra money to take my cat to people that actually care.

I have only excellent things to say about my experience with Firth clinic. I don't know about prices, I didn't shop around...my cat needed immediate care, and they were wonderful, friendly, accommodating and saw her very quickly. I want the best possible care for my animals, and that is what they provided. Everything was explained very thoroughly, and she was treated with gentleness, care, and respect. I recommend them highly.

Dr. Firth and his team have consistently gone above and beyond for our dog the last 7 years. They are attentive to her specific needs, incredibly knowledgeable and offer comprehensive, holisitic care every time we visit. We recently moved to the GTA and still haven't found the same level of personalized care that Dr. Firth provides. We continue to make the drive just to see Dr. Firth and his team. When our dog was a puppy Dr. Firth's knowledge and advice was excellent and played a crutial part in the well behaved, relaxed dog we have now. Thank you to everyone at Firth's Vet Clinic!

I am not sure on why some call them rude, they have never been anything but awesome with us for the 3+ years we have dealt with them. Yes the prices are a bit higher than elsewhere, but the level of service and the care and attitude towards our dogs is without question. I would rather have them offer extra services over what I came in for, than to just try to get us in and out of the door. Their are extremely willing to get us in if a small emergency comes up, or to leave some food outside if we are going to be late getting there. I would, and have, 100% recommend them to all my friends and family.

My dogs were patients here. We couldn't afford their prices! $380 for vaccines for one dog?!?! My new vet charges $67! Upselling, pressure to consent to treatment we didn't want or need, rough treatment of animals and rude comments from Dr. Firths daughter! Now they keep begging us to come back, claiming they lowered their rates! The place looks nice!

Absolutely wonderful veterinary clinic. The staff are great and all very knowledgable. They truley care about your animal and not just the paycheck.
