The staff....specifically Danielle & Jessica are rude and unprofessional. The veterinarian told me they provided grooming services. I made an appt in advance and took my dog. They kept the dog for 4 hours and then called me to pick it up because they didn't have time and it was a just a courtesy they offer not a requirement. FOR $65 Grooming Fee, I would say it's more than a service. I requested vaccination records twice and PetCo had to call them as well to request them and Jessica in particular was incredibly unprofessional to myself and the staff at Petco where I had to take the dog to be washed. Unfortunately this fabulous Dr. Cohen who really is terrific has lost me as a customer because of this.
