I have been using Morton Grove Animal Hospital for many years and have always felt that the entire staff was friendly and receptive to any questions or concerns I have had. Though all medical care is becoming expensive, I feel that this animal hospital has done a good job trying to keep costs as reasonable as possible while continuing to provide excellent care.

I started taking my cat to MGAH in the year 2000. In 2007, Dr Cynthia Olsen saw my cat for his senior wellness exam. It is part of my complaint filed with the Illinois Dept of Professional Regulation that she only gave me a spray and told me cats tend to self mutilate when bored. It was later determined he had nocardial cellulitis/osteomyelitis and required AMPUTATION of his leg. I have made the owners aware of this event with no attempts to render this matter to my satisfaction.In my opinion, this is NOT the way to treat LOYAL customers.I will NEVER go to Morton Grove Animal Hospital again.Would NOT recommend MGAH to others.
