This facility operates during evening hours only on a first come,first serve basis .Typically, I have waited at least an hour ,even when I think I'm early! The vets are not particularly friendly,but I've never seen them being unkind or rough with the animals.This is a very "bare bones" facility and not particularly sophisticated in terms of medical procedures offered. I do not have a problem taking my pets there for basic, minor issues.But, I do go somewhere else for more serious concerns.
