	3/17/12	1. I get the general impression they are more concerned about making money than really helping my cat. 2. When I call in, the front desk staff often seem unorganized and overwhelmed. 3. The doctors rotate between different Banfield clinics and you never know when your specific vet will actually be there to answer your questions. 4. I am generally disappointed because I need a vet that will work WITH me as I take glucose readings from home and treat me like I have some intelligence.
