Click to report rating    8/11/11 They told me they could save my cat's life for $1800, after I paid them that they told me they could save his life but they needed $4000 MORE. They then spent 3 weeks doing everything they said they were going to do and handed me a bill for $13000 - that's THIRTEEN THOUSAND from an estimate of $1800. Then the cat died. There are so many stories of how this vet takes advantage of people who love their animals - I just wish I'd read them before it happened to me. RID: 26863
Click to report rating    5/23/11 Speciality/Referal Hospital, so expect that their services are very expensive. Did a procedure on my dog that should not have required surgery, but a "complication" happened and he had to have a big abdominal incision. They were fair about not charging me for other than out of pocket expenses beyond the original estimate, but my dog had a longer recovery than he should have. Facility is great if you have to spend long time there waiting. RID: 25171
Click to report rating    10/21/10 This is the best animal hospital I would recommend to any pet owner. They have the most well-trained doctors and staff. They have advanced technology and equipments. Their doctors and staff are very nice, professional, efficient, supportive, and understanding. Without their care, my cats would not live longer. RID: 20431
Click to report rating    10/15/10 These guys actually charged us for bringing our DEAD puppy in after it was hit by a car (so a service could pick him up and no the money wasn't for the service). We've had to drop off animals before but this is the first vet who's ever charged us a "processing" fee. RID: 20321
Click to report rating    7/28/09 After examining my cat, I was presented with an estimate for over ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS. Since I did not have the money the amount was reduced to 400.00 but I had to take him home. He got worse. I brought him back and they said they had to put him down. They needed my debit card because it was going to cost THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS to do this. Because I had already taken out over $400.00 that day for the initial appointment, my card would not go through. They demanded cash before they was never told what actually was wrong with him or if there was a chance he could be treated. I felt that I was held emotionally and financially hostage by their organization. At the end of the day, I had a dead cat and three hundred dollars to live on for the next two weeks and a pile of unpaid bills. It felt like a program designed to take advantage of people who would go to the ends of the earth to save their beloved pet. RID: 13636
