Dr. Hopper killed my healthy pet rabbit. A week ago we had a perfectly healthy young rabbit. She stopped eating hay & was diagnosed with a molar growing the wrong way that needed to be removed. The Dr. also prescribed unnecessary antibiotics for her eyes that have been on the watery side her entire life & never caused any issues & were never of concern to previous vets. They caused her to suddenly have extremely watery diarrhea & she was hiding in the corner in pain. We rushed her back to Hopper. Shortly after dropping her off, she called to let us know that our rabbit died & was asking about CREMATION. A simple check up on a healthy pet turned into Dr. Hopper killing our rabbit & member of our family. She tried to shift blame onto us by prodding us with questions about any way this could have been our fault, but the only change we made was stepping foot into her clinic. We miss and mourn our rabbit. Do not come here. It’s likely you won’t see your pet alive again

This clinic is a joke. Dr. Hooper is covid crazy at the expense of your pet. Her pricing is high with huge mark ups on items you can purchase elsewhere. Brook shouldn't deal with anything that pee's! Do yourself a favor and go some where else!

Unbelievably insensitive, uncaring and also over priced. This clinic was wonderful before the new owners took over. Have not returned and found a vet clinic that cares.

London North Vetinary Clinic is without a doubt the best vet in London. I started dealing with them 45 years ago when they were on King St and have been with them ever since. No way would I trust another Vet clinic with my animals. Dr Hopper is a very knowledgeable Vet who truly cares for the animals she looks after and their human owners. Over the years I have had some very, very sick animals and Jen has treated them as if they were her own.To top it off her staff is just as amazing. Thank you London North for all you have done for my furry friends.

I brought my puppy to this hospital last week as I was very worried about her. She had been not eating and throwing up. The girl on the phone was very helpful and they got us in right away. I was so worried but the lady vet there Dr. Hopper was very nice. They did x-rays and found out that she didn't need an operation, but they gave her some medication to take. The cost for all of this was much less than I thought it would be and I'm so grateful for the help they gave us. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone and cannot say enough good things about them.

After a tough go with the clinic, Judy was the one who was able to explain to us what had happened. She is a very sincere and caring individual. We were very lucky to have dealt with her. Thank you Judy for all you did for us. I would recommend the clinic to those who are looking for staff that are caring and sincere.

Do not go here. Brought my dog in for excessive drinking and urinating. After multiple test and money was told she was fine. She was in perfect health. Kept going back week after week with same issues and every week they said she looks fine but might have "this"....Kept going back as symptoms got worse....still said she was fine. Ended up going to animal hospital on Adelaide and Hamilton Rd. They immediately diagnosed her with Cushings' Disease. I wish I would of know a lot earlier as the time wasted with North London Animal Hospital took my Molly away from us. Had to euthanize her last week. I am devastated and so hurt that I lost my Molly at the age of 8.Not a good place to go

The staff at London North Animal Hospital is extremely friendly and helps the pet owner feel comfortable leaving their pets there. I had to leave my baby Ernie there overnight to get blood work and and urine and when I came to pick him up the next day he was not nearly as stressed out as when he had to stay the night at other clinics. They have great hours and fair prices; the best you could expect for such service like that. Don't read anything in regards to the bad ratings on here. It's worth checking out for yourself and seeing what a good experience Dr. Hopper and her staff provide for pets and their owners.

Very friendly atmosphere! I brought my German shepherd Buda to London North last weekend. The staff made Buda feel very comfortable as she has very bad anxiety when we take her in. The staff was extremely supportive and knowledgeable. Dr. Hopper was able to diagnose her the same day as the appointment and Buda was back home 2 days later. She was a lot less stressed out at this vet compared to my previous ones. Great clinic with great staff! I recommend it to all pet owners in London

I think the support staff is great, very friendly. I've been a couple times and the staff always seem to be changing though. I would give staff a higher rating but I do not think Dr. Hopper is good with client follow up. I brought my pet there and she never phoned me back about my pet. I'll be switching vets.

I have not had one good experience with this clinic. Every time I go in, they are always late or make you wait. Their pricing is ridiculous. They tell you one price and then when it's time to pay they add a bunch of other things onto the bill that they hadn't explained/asked you about first. They sure know how to talk you into things. 2 of the 3 vets I had barely spoke english and seemed like they had no idea what they were talking about. They wanted me to pay $130 for X-rays for a gastrointestinal problem without doing any prior testing. Then once i declined that, they gave my cat antibiotics as a trial without knowing the cause of her issues. Once i got her spayed, it was infected the next day. I wouldn't recommend this vet to anyone.

This location has beautifully painted walls. I almost felt as if I was entering heavens gates. It soothed my cats poor temper. The lobby walls are a lush green colour that reminded me of a warm spring day. The exam room is a blissful pink, which warmed my heart a little when my poor kitten was having a probe placed in her behind. I would highly recommend this location if interior décor is your passion. However,****TY VET SERVICE.

The staff and veterinarians are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and new. You can usually get in right away for your appointment since they have 2 exam rooms. If there is a wait its usually less than 5-10 min. They have their own in house x-ray and lab machines there so you can get results back quickly. They have a genuine interest in your pets well being. Animals seem to love it there especially when they get their treats, sometimes its hard to get them to leave. You definitely get the most bang for your buck. The costs are fairly affordable and are considerably cheap in comparison to some of the other surrounding veterinary practices. They also have great hours being open Monday - Friday 10am-11pm and can cover emergencies and are cheaper than going to the VEC. They are also one of the only practices in London that deal with pocket pets and reptiles. Would highly recommend.

Staff is good. Facilities are reasonably new, looks nice. Punctuality very poor had to wait an hour for my appointment and the costs for what was done was: not worth the wait or value of my money and the quality of services for the costs was poor. If you like long wait times and poor value for your money then I recommend other wise tread lightly and maybe even think twice about going to this clinic. I will not go back.

London North and their team are so great with my cat "Tips". They take extra care to ensure her comfort, which is something that should be regularly practiced but isn't in most places. The moment you walk in, you feel like family (everyone is warm and welcoming) and they truly love animals. They're very thorough, incredibly knowledgeable and take their time making sure all your questions have been answered. Their prices are very affordable and well within my budget. They also have a great selection of healthy food which my kitty loves. Could not be happier with how professional this hospital is. Everything is great, highly recommended! By far the best animal hospital around!!!

This clinic was able to help me and my bunny Hershey when no other clinic could. The fact that they were open after 7 when I get off work allowed me to get an appointment that very night with Dr. Hopper who sees not only bunnies, but many other kinds of pets. She hadn't been eating and Dr. Hopper quickly diagnosed that the problem had to do with her teeth. They arranged a dental and before long, Hershey was back to her normal self. The cost was nothing what I was expecting to pay given the time and situation. Many thanks to Dr. Hopper and her staff.

This clinic is owned by Dr. Jennifer Hopper, who owns King Animal Clinic as well. DO NOT go here. I understand the hours are very convenient, as is the location, but it's not worth it. After dealing with her for more than a decade, I finally clued in that she is not sincere, not professional, and will never return a phone call. There warning signs are all there: Heavy staff turnover, exorbitant pricing, and a strong aversion to explain the real problem. What was said in another review here is true. She will cancel appointments or send in a technician to do the work if she is not "up to it." I agree with the other commenter, she should not be allowed to practice vet medicine. One of my last dealings with Dr. Hopper was when I knew my cat was dying. I was a regular customer. They wanted to book an appointment. I said it was an emergency. Not good enough for them. I went to another clinic, and they did the euthenization, and were so kind, like they knew us. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Service and hours are great but pricing is ridiculous. Was told over the phone basic shots would be $90. Ended up being $125 plus HST and my final bill for flea treatment, shots, and standard blood work, clipped nails was $420!!!! They are quite the salesman. Becareful they will have you talked into emptying your wallet

The hours here are amazing! It's great to have a clinic where I can schedule appointments without having to take time off work or come late at night if there's a problem with one of my babies. The staff are fantastic and very helpful, you can tell they really care about the animals that come into the clinic. Dr Hopper and the other vets here are great, very gentle and understanding. They explain everything to you so you actually understand what's going on. I have never had a better veterinary experience in my 20+ years of owning pets. This hospital is truly the best!

After years of wonderful care at Dr. Hopper's other clinic, I was very pleased to find that she has opened up a clinic at my end of London. The hours are FANTASTIC, and the care by the doctors and staff is very caring and professional. I am happy to bring my puppy and my cats here. They have a puppy package price which is awesome- so I can save money too!

Do not go here. Same veterinarian owns and operates King Animal Clinic. Dr Jennifer Hopper does not treat staff well, cancels appointments at VERY last minute or sends a tech in her place. Plays many head games. She has even asked staff to lie about a patient's condition and to withhold info from the locum veterinarians that are treating the patient. She should not be allowed to practice veterinary medicine.
