Inconsistent pricing, lack of knowledge, not board certified for birds and exotics. Claims to have 24 years experience but has only been a vet for a few years. Does not quarantine animals that may possible have a communicative disease. Quarantined animals not left in quarantine, so animals and people are at risk of infection. Home visits she does not clean hands, uses same towel to hold different animals quarantined throughout the home, doesn't clean instruments, so she exposes healthy animals to sick ones. No compassion, it's all about the money. Shifts blame to her staff, EVERY staff member. Can't keep good staff. Gives many incorrect diagnoses, wrong medication, rodents don't survive surgery...NONE of them! Find a different vet, if you live in the Nashville area. This one has been on the verge of closing for about as long as she's been open. Selling food & products that are outdated and could be spoiled. Don't take a chance here!
