Dr. Scott is the best vet I have ever used in all of my experiences and different locations with 4 different dogs. She is so thorough and compassionate and the staff are as excellent as she is. I absolutely love them all. I have dealt with them in emergency situations and they make you feel like family even when I am picking up food. Thank you so much. Keep up the great work!

I am NOT sure THAT ALL DOGS have to go to SCHOOL. I hope this got a rise in you Jennifer as it did with me reading your article. That is the problem with people placing everyone in the same basket. We have a very well trained border collie who does not chase cars or need a lease, she stays and goes according to our talks not commands. Maybe we should go into your biz, OH I forgot we don't have a licence. I am sure you are a great vet but don't do the BIG DICTATOR stuff because it turns some good owners off.

I absolutely love the vets and staff! They all work hard to ensure the best possible care is given to my pets. Occasionally my bill is a little higher than originally expected but that is how I know my pets are receiving the best possible care. I would rather pay a little more and know the vets are thorough than pay less and wonder about the quality of care being given.

The staff are ok but when I'm quoted $500 for spaying and shots and then take my dog in they add on $155 for every 10 mins($930 an hour). To pull baby teeth and then tell me it's an extra $100 if she's in heat. If you take your pet here make sure you are prepared to pay more than what they tell you on the phone. I'm very disappointed and angry that they didn't tell me this on the phone. Blood work is extra iv is extra. I thought it would all be included in the price but I was wrong. I'll be looking for another vet.

I have been taking my cat to Sundance for about 5 years now and couldn't be happier. The staff are all very helpful and friendly and the vets really know their stuff. I was quite nervous about putting my cat under anesthetic for a dentistry but Dr. McKellar really eased my nerves. The procedure went great and my cat's teeth are doing great!

Very nice clinic, quite small but the staff are friendly. I had problems with my puppy having terrible stools even though the tests all came back negative. The receptionist didn't know what to do so I assumed I'd be speaking with a tech next, nope, the vet (Dr.McKellar I believe) spoke with me for almost 20 minutes on what we could do to solve it. She prescribed a probiotic and it worked perfectly. I had a question about my puppy's testicles and called his first clinic. They refused to talk to me without a consult. Called Sundance and they were happy to tell me that everything was normal but I could bring him in if I was very worried. Fantastic clinic, I will keep going there with all my dogs.

The front end staff are for the most part good, with one exception (blood sample 'forgotten' to be sent so my dog had to come in the next day, stressing her out more, to retake the sample). Dr. Scott does not have a good understanding of calming signals and dog body language as she scared the daylights out of my dog, who had backed herself between my legs as Dr. Scott came head-on to her and russled her head. Everything about my dog said not to approach-that she was scared. Several times I have been in to see another vet, and have heard Dr. Scott's patients yelping, whining and crying in fear or pain. She has a very abrasive personality and mannerism with dogs.

Be aware that, Dr. Jennifer Scott
tends to misrepresent information and overcharge the patient. Procedure estimate she prepares is 1.5 times greater than the estimate for the same procedure made in other clinic. If she finds out that your pet was treated previously in the other clinic, she calls there and set up conversation/her inquire such a way, which damages your as a pet owner realationship with that clinic staff.
