They 'falsely' state you will get a 'free' visit when actually they make up for it with a charge for an exam. Their charges for medications are 3 and 4 times what you would see if you went outside to a 1800 Pet meds. If you decide to do that instead of pay their prices, just TRY to get them to answer and confirm the call!! They do this to force you to fill it there out of desperation. Awful experience.
