Brilliant veterinarian. Very invested in the outcome of each and every patient. As an ear cropper she is an artist and her work is the best. Very highly recommended.

My 7 month old german shepherd had a lazy ear went to Dr Koster and had 3 ear tapings,his ear is perfect now, appointment time was always exactly when scheduled.phone calls where returned quickly have had a great experience would recommend to anyone concerned about german shepherd ears

Dr. Koster has been our vet for a long time and we wouldn’t go to anyone else. She cropped all three of our Dobermans and their ears are perfection! She truly cares for for our dogs like they are her own.

I don't know where the negative comments came from, but I drove over an hour and was greatly impressed by the Doctor, Staff and facility. Would have driven a lot further for that kind of treatment. Professional, clean and a pleasure to deal with. No issues at all regarding professional care or any associated contact. 4 StarThanks, Doctor

This doctor is rude, and mentally insane, obviously suffering from some kind of personality or emotional disorder. The way she approached me was not normal. I drove 2 hours, when I got there, she went to the parking lot to tell me to park some were else, on an empty parking lot? for no apparent reason I had to move my car, and then told me I was 30 minutes late and will not be seen, when I was 1 minute early. My word against whatever human error her secretary made was trash. I was not treated like a person, and it feels like this sick person enjoys it. I was concerned about my safety and that of my child when I encounter this ill mannered person. Sadly the vet I used to check the puppy told me about this place and I didn't check out her reviews. After reading other people had horrible experiences, I wished I had checked it out, I could have saved myself a wasted day and the disrespect and aggravation I endured with this insane witch. It was a scene of the crazies, surreal.

Dr. Koster has been caring for my Akita for almost 13 years. She is as professional as they get and tells it like it is. Wouldn't trade her for anything!

Extremely clean, professional veterinary clinic. I have never had to wait for my pet to be seen. Dr. Koster is the best in the business when it comes to show cropping.

took our dobe puppy for ear posting as he was a show prospect and we wanted the ears done correctly. dr koster pulls no punches and tells you straight out what she thinks. we liked her immediately. I would rather have an honest vet than one who is just trying to get in my wallet. the office is always immaculate, appointments are one on one-no waiting in a room with half a dozen possibly ill dogs. she has been a godsend to us-a couple newbies who happened to get a great pup-as a mentor and a vet and Doberman enthuisist-her knowledge of the breed is enviable. she knows what she's talking about and has never steered us wrong !

Dr. Sophia Koster is the MOST unprofessional doctor you WILL EVER MEET in your lifetime!!! When i first got to her clinic she NEVER greeted me said Hi I'm Dr. Sophia.She took me in the back room to check my puppy out. She looked at my Boxer Puppy of 10 weeks of age and just Ripped him apart!!She was yelling at me why didn't i tell her about my boxer puppy had a big deep chest!! She said it was adnormal?? Two other vet's check him out and it was NOT a concern!He is 80% euro boxer. The euro's have a bigger deep chest than the American boxers.I had an x-ray done on his chest and there is NOTHING WRONG with him!! When i first called her for a price on ear cropping she said it would be 400 dollors. When i called to confirm the surgery she now say's it's going to be 500 dollors!! Also when i told her that i was leaving she said to me that i drove 3 hours for nothing!! PLEASE Take some good advice STAY away for this CRAZY Doctor!!!
