	4/15/13	Bad news. They try to up sell you everything and do not care about your pet. Took my cat there twice for shots and to have them check his blood. They could not get the blood sample and said my cat was up set. Take a cat into a room full of caged barking dogs and see what your cat does. There pet plan is great but they try to charge you for items on the plan because they forgot to give our cat the right shot at the right time. This place is miss run and the vet needs to go back to school. If you buy the plan you are stuck as they will not let you cancel even when they screw up. I am expected to pay another 8 months even when I would never take my cat back there. My cat is not wild and is a calm loving pet until I take him there. Any other vet I ever went to showed real concerned for my pet and was not just after the fast buck. I will never go th this vet again.
