The kindness shown when I had to ask them to let Mateo (Beardie canine companion for the past 13 years) cross the Rainbow Bridge was second to none. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Fr. Tim Moyle

Dr Bell was most considerate and helpful with our diabetic german shepherd. She took a real interest in Mollie. We got excellent value for money spent.

I'll save you the trouble, just never do business here. It is by far the worst place to bring your pet. I didn't like getting yelled at then hanged up on. Not once but tiwce, just for asking a question about my cat who was about to get fixed 20 mins before. So, i cancelled that appointment and transfer my cat files to another place

I can't speak more highly of Dr. Sharon Ballin her staff. We've had many issues with a variety of animals since she started her clinic. Compassion and value are the cornerstone of her practice. You can't get a more compassionate, honest and skilled vet than Dr. Sharon Bell. Her priorities are the animals. The staff over the years has also been exemplary. We've had numerous cats, goldens, newfs, birds and a rabbit. I can say that Chritie Street should be the gold standard for animal care. Gerry and Karen

We have a new puppy that does not have a vet yet. I called Saturday night because the puppy had bloat which is quite serious. I was told since I do not live in the city limits they would not see us and to go to Ottawa, it was only 20-25 mins to get to the office and and hour an half to get to Ottawa plus the roads were bad. My daughter called back crying with worry to beg the vet to come in and they HUNG up on her and then would not answer our calls we even called form someone else's phone and she still would not answer so she could have been ignoring somoene like you that was in need. Bloat is nothing to waist time on. Rude and insensitive for sure.

My pets have received fantastic care at this hospital and the staff and veterinarians have been very friendly, helpful and compassionate. As a retired veterinary technician - I'm fussy about my pets' care - I wouldn't take them elsewhere. My 17 yr old cat was shown dignity and compassion when his time came. My older female - very ill when seen is now acting like a young cat again, 2 kittens -each with a couple of issues are healthy and happy. I would recommend this hospital to anyone!

they are all very compassonate...I have witnessed nothing but the best care for my pets and other peoples pets.....they call and send reminders about appointments and check-ups....they were so sympathetic and compassioate when i had to put my dog down....i trust them with my pets just like i would trust my family.....thank you to all staff and doctors for caring for my pets

A wonderful crew put our puppy's leg back together when she broke it and now she runs like the wind. And they did it at a great price that included surgery and multiple X-rays.

we received an awful attitude from 2 assistants 2 weeks ago. I was running late for our appt due to base traffic so I called to say I would be about 15 mins late and I was gonna get there asap.They said it was fine.I was about 100 meters from the vet when an employee called and told me I had been bumped.I told them I was actually now in the parking lot and was coming inside to talk.I told them "I called and told you guys I was going to be late and you said it was fine." The employee said, "yes you said you'd be 15 minutes late, its now 25 minutes late." I replied, "So you are saying that I was only getting 10 mins of care for my pet?" That agitated the employee and she became extremely rude.I said that my pet needed immediate care and that it was unacceptable that they would refuse care due to their pettiness and that I wanted to take my pets files and go elsewhere. The one assistant replied "Good!" I replied, "Excuse me??" Then the older assistant raised her voice and said "Get out!"

I've never had a worse experience. During an after hours Emergency I was treated with hostility and annoyance. The oncall vet took longer than stated to get to the hospital. Once there she started Steroid treatment. Ran multiple tests. X-rays. Blood work With no diagnosis or recomendation for course of action. Most of my questions were answerd with " I don't know" . I'm shocked and appalled at the service I received

You can count on exemplary care. Always concerned with the health and welfare of the animals they care for and I have never had the experience of being encouraged to have anything done to my pet that was not warranted. Very knowledgeable team and if they don't know they say so. Extremely professional, caring and compassionate for pet and owner.
