Click to report rating    11/18/13 If you have an emergency and expect to call them and have someone actually answer the phone, good luck! I rarely (if ever!) call and am able to reach a human being on the other end... there is ALWAYS a recording on. And do not under any circumstance expect them to understand that you're struggling financially. The new vet, Dr. Merrit, just prescribes more of the exact same meds on follow-up even though the meds are not working, which forces you to spend even more on another vet for a 2nd opinion. I liked this clinic a lot better when Dr. Rose was actually there. RID: 48320
