Prescribing the most expensive options for managing diabetes in a dog who's owner has let them know she is a single mother with a low income is unethical. Unwilling to help the owner manage the diabetes in a more cost effective manner. We have found another clinic that is helping to manage the diabetes more effectively, always understanding our need for generic medications.

Excellent Service! Kind, compassionate and knowledgeable staff! We love Dr Meena! Took our Dachshund in for back issues and she did everything possible to make it better. She followed up for several weeks afterto make sure our baby was coping!

I started taking my dogs and cats here when the other clinic in town became too busy for same day service. The staff and Dr's are wonderful. I'm so glad Dr Meena is there now too.

Wonderful service, very accommodating and compassionate. Our senior dog was treated with the utmost care from vaccinations and basic health to her last visit when the staff helped us say goodbye... Dr. Meena Srivastava was a gem and shared our sorrow... the staff helped us and made the experience the best it could be...... Can't say enough about this clinic or the Dr.s and staff!

Worst clinic! No front office staff, waited over 10 minutes before someone came out. From there the service went downhill, dont give them your money! Go to Strathroy Animal Clinic where you will actually get service!
