I have a 2 year old chocolate lab puppy that is still not physically correct because of the care he received here. When he was just a puppy he ran into me and "broke his leg" after several times of taking the cast on and off of his leg because he was growing and it was too tight I finally decided to get a secoond opinion. Turns out my dogs leg was never broken! He had a torn ligament in his foot. Outraged I went into the clinic and got all my dogs records and switched vets immediately. His foot is still not the same because of the pressure of walking on a cast for months. Needless to say even though the price might be right I wouldn't trust these people with a goldfish let alone my dog.

The doctors are great - I trust them very much, and the paramedical and nonmedical staff that directly assist the doctors seem to be very good, BUT the office staff has let me down a few times (inadvertent false information about my pet from, I presume, looking at the wrong chart; hanging up on me by accident; not seeming to be sympathetic to my worry about my pet, etc.) and the night-time answering service needs to be replaced or improved - it took several hours to get my pet seen when I called with an emergency in the middle of the night. Minutes are precious when your pet is in a crisis as mine was. Again, all three doctors are wonderful. And ALL of the employees seem to be very good with the animals.
