If you are looking for a highly knowledgable, professional and compassionate Vet, Dr. Bonafine is all this and above. Modern clinic with high tech equipment and very friendly staff. My dogs love going there and he is very sensitive about how people feel too. Best Vet ever !

Dr. Bonafine and his staff are amazing! I would never take my dog anywhere else.The staff are always so good and knowledgeable and whenever I email them they are quick to respond. They don't charge you an arm and a leg and truly care about your animal. My little dog Karl is always in the best hands when he is there and I completely trust them.

Dr. Bonafine is an exceptional, caring vet. His approach to our new puppy visits has been amazing. Dr. Bonafine came highly recommended and we are very pleased with his services. He explains everything clearly - including recommendations in detail of what we needed to know and understand about the breed we have. Clinical costs are well below what we have experienced in a number of other vet hospitals with other pets. When questions arose between visits - our calls were answered promptly and in detail. Most importantly - the puppy was relaxed and treated with sincere caring attention. Dr. Bonafine is top choice for professional veterinary care.

How can one describe the feeling of being yelled at by a vet who is holding your dead beloved dog. Dr. Bonafine did this to me. Highly unprofessional, most uncompassionate.Why? I'll never know. He never followed up to explain or apologize. Recently moved to PG, I used CH to continue with check-ups for my elder girl, who was on palliative predisone for lymphoma. We had several close calls, but she rallied back. As her end was nearing, I had made 2 'last visit' appointments, one of which I cancelled because she improved. Prior to both, I had ensured that my wishes were well known to CH: the procedure would be performed in my vehicle to lessen her stress, and that I would personally deliver her to a private cremation at a PG facility. Nothing justified his yelling at an already distraught client. If you expect professional, appropriate and compassionate responses during critical or stressful situations, do not use this vet. The only saving grace is the polite young woman at reception.

please do not go to this clinic. my dog was dying and did not want to see me because he was too tired after a surgery. thankfully, ospika vet gave her the care she needed and is now miraculously alive.

The vet himself is incredible. His staff could use a lesson in manners. But he is unbeatable. I have a ferret and he is hands down the only vet I'd ever take him too. Very kind hearted and caring.

Excellent caring staff and vet. Clinic is clean and wait times are reasonable. The prices are good, quotes are followed and there are no unexpected add ons.

Amazing vet. Took the time to explain everything. He has everything to work and be sure the animal is ok. I highly recommend him. Another 2 vets in town told me to do a 2500 dollars surgery and they walk away. He explained me everything, showed me what the problem was, and gave me options, sent me information, and told me to think about what I wanted to do.

I have been to many many vets over the years and Dr. Bonafini is in the top two, and the other one is now retired. He actually talked me out of spending money in his clinic and my oldest dog who has been terrified of vets all his life actually skips when he sees Dr. Bonafini. He is also very caring when it comes to end of life discussions. I really can't say enough good things about him.

The best place I have ever seen. dr Bonafine is amazing, he has a state of the art facility.He is very thorough and he took the time to explain us everything that our cat had, and why he needed the analysis . No wonder why he is so busy. Than you very much to everyone there.

Dr. Bonafine is a miracle worker with animals. He specialized in ferrets just for the Ferrets North Rescue Society. He truly loves the animal, and won't charge you if you don't need it. My chihuahua got worms, and he gave us the medication without the exam fee, only looking at the poop sample. Fantastic man, small shop unfortunately, but very smiley staff.
