The $40 medication that was the cure for my dogs bowel obstruction came with a $1,050 bill to establish what was actually wrong.
I give them bad marks because they don't answer questions. Though they said they would call with updates I was forced to call them. The answers they gave were no help; they could confirm that the procedure happened, but not what was determined.
The only time I got to speak with a doctor all he did was read the notes that a different doctor had written. He couldn't answer my questions because he wasn't the person who had examined the dog.
When I finally picked up my dog, the technician who explained the bill couldn't explain all of the charges nor could she say what the actual cause of the bowel obstruction was. I asked her for a diagnosis and she gave be a blank stare.
Additionally, the CD they sold me with the x-rays and ultra sounds they took has files without extensions. They charged $168 for this CD which can't be used on a home computer.
