I bring all 3 of my animals here. They are a great non-profit facility with wonderful doctors. The reason I rated the staff so low is because the front desk staff is atrocious. There is a girl named Meredith that has worked there for the 3 years I have been going, she barely looks at you let alone smiles. She always sounds miserable. Makes me feel very uncomfortable. Also if you call, expect to be on hold for at least 15-30 min. They always ask you to hold, pretty sure they forget that someone is holding most of the time.

My pets have been to CAWS many times. The facility is clean, modern and the staff is great. Being a non profit, they work very hard to keep costs down, which is a huge help. While, reviews (positive or negative) are important, go see CAWS for yourself. I think you will like what you see, and the great care your pets will get.

The hospital itself is nothing spectacular but they have x-rays that are the cheapest I found, and everything else there is cheaaaaappppppp. Definitely good care for the money.
