Been going since they opened, front desk staff are rude and have no compassion. And its been that way pre covid. Drs. Horner and Adepojou are great but not worth the dehumanizing treatment at the frobt end. They don't have room for emergency care but will assist in passing you on. Over all disappointed time for a overall caring team.

We bring our girl Jade to this vet because they really seem to care and want the best for your dog. They are not money hungry like a lot of other places out there. I highly recommend Hazeldean Animal Hospital .The staff are also amazing.

I absolutely love this my vet, my vet. They are kind and caring. They treat you and your pet amazingly and are never pushy or abrasive. I would highly recommend them.

This is a fairly new clinic, but I knew Dr Horner from before when she worked at another clinic. I really like this animal hospital because you get very personal service. They book long appointment times, so you are not rushed in and out. Dr Horner gets down on the floor with our dog and spends time explaining everything to us. We have an old dog and we appreciate this a great deal. The support staff is nice, and it is new clinic that is fresh and clean. As far as costs go, I find that pet care has gotten very expensive over the past decade. But this place is not interested in bleeding you dry. Dr Horner is great at keeping expenses down, while giving your pet everything he needs. She does not recommend unnessary tests or treatments.
