*	8/21/19	THESE PEOPLE ARE ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. Complained too busy when wanted to say goodbye to my loved one when leaving her for testings. Insist on your signing a quote, then when spending last minutes with your beloved one before being put to sleep are coming to you wanting you to sign forms about the disposal options and repeatedly insisting that you come to pay first. Very insensitive and void of understanding that someone wants to spend as much time as possible with their loved one. Then Dr. Mosher delayed even though expressed concern she was suffering. This is just a business, and a cold one at that. Do not be fooled by the smiling faces on their website. It is all about making money and is quite expensive. Would never go to this place again.
	4/16/16	Drs. Mosher and Gormley push procedures, their pet food, pesticide treatments relentlessly, using shaming and fear tactics which are really offensive. On the last appointment Gormley ignored how upset my dog was, literally climbing the walls and me as she babbled on rapid-fire trying to sell me something, anything. I am too disgusted to ever go back.
