I've been with Banfield since around 2009. Expensive, but I thought that they seemed pretty good. One of my dogs went in to have his teeth cleaned (general anesthetic). A day or so later I noticed that he was bleeding from his anus. I immediately took him back to the vet. They checked him over and informed me that anal bleeding sometimes happens after anesthetic is given, and then wanted to charge me for meds that would stop the bleeding. I refused, and left the facility without paying and didn't take the meds either. After that I was informed that they didn't want me back there. They promised to make a copy of the dog's visits and mail them to me asap. That was nearly three weeks ago. I still haven't received anything.
