Dental cleaning was scheduled, full payment made for blood work and premeds, Five hours after drop off I received call stating dental equipment did not work after anesthetize was administered, after picking up my Yorkie he was sick for two days I did not want to repeat this procedure with this facility and asked for my $80.00 back and was refused. I would not have had blood work and given him five days of premeds and put him through all this if their equipment had worked ,this is their fault and I need my money so that I can go some place else.
