Staff is fine except for the Manager. She is rude and doesn't back her staff up. Also, there was an error in my bill and I was charged almost double than what I was quoted to adopt and spay a kitten. I paid $75 to adopt her and was told that the adoption fee would go toward her spay cost. That sounded odd to me, but that's what I was told by two front office staff members. When I picked the kitten up after having her spayed, my bill was over $250 for a routine spay. They not only didn't honor the credit they told me I would get, they charged me for vaccines that she had already received two weeks prior. I was told she was totally vaccinated when I adopted her. When questioned, the Manager acted as if I was stealing from them. Terrible experience! Dr. White was very nice and always spent a lot of time with me.

Excellent! Dr. White and his staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. White was able to diagnose our dog's illness quickly and recommended the most effective treatment for Autoimmune Hymolytic Anemia. We highly recommend Dr. White's expertise. We spent several months at another very popular local vet trying to diagnose her illness without any results. Dr. White saved our dog's life.
