This clinic is way over priced for tests. Staff is not very friendly. The place is very clean which I have to say.

I am changing vets today after what I went through again with Dr. Oyer. They run tests that are overpriced. I paid $520.00 today. And they wanted to keep the dog overnight as well! No way Sir!After they performed a $300 blood work they had the nerve to say that "You know her blood work came normal but sometimes you get normal blood work and still have pancreatitis or you might get abnormal results and not have pancreatitis" Seriously! Why do you run the blood work if you cannot determine from the results either way what is wrong? They keep on charging an arm and a leg and expect you to pick up the bill with a smile. Stay away! find a reasonable vet that will not exploit the heck out of you!

This clinic is fantastic! Everyone from their receptionists, kennel workers, techs, and all their vets are incredibley caring and knowledgable. The staff is very professional and they have a good balance of keeping their appointments on time while not rushing anyone. At other clinics, you either wait forever to get into the appointment or the vet spends very little time with your pet. Highly recommended!

I have a cat who doesn't travel well, so I started going to this clinic because it was close to my house. The last time I had him there was for his annual physical. The vet listened to his heart & lungs, looked in his mouth and ears and said "He looks good". I had requested this particular vet because they seemed to care about the animal (at least the time before). The vet spent about 5 minutes with him (including giving him his required shots), and I left the clinic quite a bit poorer. I realize that prices have gone up, but I didn't feel that I had gotten my money's worth. About two days later I received a card in the mail, saying that the cat was a "senior" now and should be coming in twice a year for senior blood work. I don't know why they didn't take a blood sample (for a baseline). I am taking this cat to another vet I trust more from now on.
