I took my pets to this clinic for years but I never liked the way I was treated. I was made to feel that I did not know anything about caring for my dog and any mention of any natural or alternative treatments was met with scorn. I have not been back and I will never go back here. None of the vets I met with there seemed to care. I do not know why these people became vets because they certainly do not seem to care about the individual pet.

the vets at this clinic are a joke...they have no compassion. I worked at this clinic and quite because of the nightmares they put animals through.

The front office people are nice and friendly enough. However, I would never recommend that anyone take their pet here especially if Dr. Matthew McCormick is the vet on staff. He has no manners and does not care for pets at all. He ignored the needs of a pet and advised us that we did not know what we were talking about that our pet was fine (when we could tell otherwise). It is a good thing we got a second opinion as the dog was only about 30-45 minutes away from dying and had to be hospitalized for 2 days. Due to Dr. McCormick's negligence, the diabetic dog's blood had nearly turned to 100% acid. Aside from completely failing to examine the dog when in his office and misreading tests, he actually showed physically aggressive body language, called us liars and yelled (yes, as in raising his voice) at us. How people like him maintain a veterinarian license is beyond me. The savings are not worth the trauma/risk of dealing with this veterinarian.
