Itook my pet in for a check up. They did a heartworm test. Called me a few days later to tell me the results were negative. Two weeks later someone called to tell me the results were positive. When I was trying to figure out what the truth was they called my dog by another name. Very Frustrating. I then dropped my dog off for Heartworm treatment and first they said the down time would be 4-6 weeks. Then the lady at the front told my husband 4-6 months. I called the vet himself and he said 4-6 weeks. He said that maybe the lady misunderstood the question and then he said that she meant to say 4-6 weeks not 4-6 months. If you love your pet do not take your pet to this place. Very very frustrating experience.

They really know what they are doing. I had about a 20 min wait but to be expected. My pet and I really felt like we were important to the staff and doctor.
