Very disappointed in the lack of concern and understanding for a dog that needs help!.Especially when the person requested a vet that he has know for and trusted for a very long time!.Try being understanding to a frustrated client who has had bad experiences with a prior vet instead of being rude and pushing them away! Totally unprofessional! Try being there for people instead of acting like your gods gift to the pet care industry!, last time i checked it was a service industry not being treated like garbage off the street!.I have never seen so much drama omongst the reception team like this ever!.Pathetic behavior and Horrible service!.Grow up if you can't treat people with compassion and respect do everyone a favour and leave the industry and go work for McDonalds!!.

I feel so fortunate to have such a wonderful animal hospital in our community. We usually see Dr.Tremblay, she is so awesome but today I had an emergency with our dog so we saw Dr.Bedford and she was amazing. Two wonderful caring vets at this facility. I am so glad to be able to trust that our dog is getting such good and caring help. This is the place to go for the best animal hospital in Maple Ridge.

I only came here as my usual clinic was fully booked. The staff was rude and immature, I could hear them bashing another staff member in the back area. I was rushed through my appointment because they were running late and the doctor tried to tell me that is was urgent that my cat have her teeth cleaned when my cats records clearly pointed out that she has a heart condition and should not be anesthetized. Most expensive clinic in the tricity area. I wont be going back there.

First time visit with this clinic. Rec'd the worst news possible about my beloved dog. The front staff could not have been more caring or respectful. It was so much appreciated! Have nothing but good to say about Dr. Trembley. She was warm, caring and delivered the terrible news with compassion and genuine sadness for us. When I am ready for another pet..a rescue pet, I will bring them to this clinic and would recommend them without hesitation

Love Dr Tremblay. After seeing a few vets, no one could agree on the diagnosis of my dogs eye disorder or treatment. One even wanted to do surgery. Dr Tremblay offered a referral to an eye specialist. We were able to get the correct diagonis and treatment plan and was told eye surgery wouldn't work. Without Dr Tremblay's referral my dog would have gone blind. Dr Tremblay always spends alot of time answering our questions and educating us on good pet care. She remembers all our pets and always asks about them. She is very supportive and caring. Never advises unnecessary procedures. Prices are reasonable. Office staff are great. We have found our "furever" vet. I would highly recommend this vet.

Recently moved to the area, called this clinic to get some info, the receptionist was rather unpleasant and unfriendly.Everyone can have an off day, but went in the following day to pick up the info and it was the same receptionist and she was still very unfriendly and seemingly irritated that I asked questions(?). Is the vet good, perhaps but I wouldn't know, if this is the first impression they choose to give the client, I will take my business and my pet elsewhere. I rated it right in the middle except the staff rating, because the only experience I have with this clinic is dealing with the receptionist.

I have and will keep bringing our pets to M.R.V.H. I've lived in Maple Ridge for twenty two years and have trusted Vets Kocheff and Tremblay.

Dr Kocheff has been in business for a very long time and certainly knows his stuff, he is a very compassionate and professional care provider.

We had to get our dog in yesterday and they had no apts but called us right away that morning w cancellation. We took him in and ended up spending the day w them because of necassary work up. We ended up finding out he was full of cancer and put him down that day. They put us in a room at 10:30 am and we left at 4:30 They allowed us to stay with him all day and they were awesome to us. The vet and staff were so compassionate towards both him and us. We just want to say thank you. Some people will have negative and positive comments on here about this clinic Things may had been different if we went someplace else...but Dr Tremblay, Ashley and all the staff were so gracious and kind. We couldn't have asked more of them. Kobi was part of our family and we felt like they treated him that way

I can highly recommend this animal hospital for all your veterinary needs. The staff are all very friendly and experienced and can help you with all aspects of your pets care, from food to dental to vaccinations. They are honest and truthful, the hospital is nice and clean. Dr Tremblay is an EXCELLENT doctor and I would trust my 5 cats to no-one else, she also works very hard helping out Katies Place the local cat shelter with their veterinary needs. Dr Kocheff has been in business for a very long time and certainly knows his stuff, he is a very compassionate clinic owner who will always help you out. If yo want kindness, compassion, excellent veterinary care and staff with not only knowledge but a good sense of humor then this is the hospital for you!

will never go back. Dr. gave me wrong instructions for giving my bunny meds for a bad eye infection. Had to go and see another vet and was told I was given wrong instructions and the wrong tests were done on her. After seeing a vet at Allouette hospital, her eye started clearing up in just a couple of days with the proper tests done.

Dr. Kocheff is good with animals but everything is overpriced. They also recommend medications that are expensive while there may be other less expensive alternatives. The receptionists/service staff is not as friendly with people and animals as the staff in prior years. You may find a cheaper but just as good alternative in Maple Ridge.
