We initially brought our dog here on a Sunday after he broke his leg. We've since been taking him for the treatment. It's been 2.5 months & his leg is worse off-it now just hangs at his side. Long story short, everytime we've gone in there, they've left us waiting in the treatment rooms for 30minutes to an hour without any notice as to how much longer it would be or what exactly they were doing. Last night they sent us to a human pharmacy 15 miles away & when we got there, the pharmacy said they had no idea what the drug for our dog was. Upon calling the Hospital back, the doctor said "they sent you to a human pharmacy? They shouldn't have done that" To which I replied "you sent me here!" He then told me he "was in the middle of trying to save a dying dog" Could I call back later? So I just drove back there. The vet refused to come out & to top it off when I asked the vet asst. "is that dog going to be alright" She looked at me baffled & said "sure, it's just a laceration".
