Told 8am for spade. Took cat and returned 30 minutes later with my 1 lb chihuahua which was moaning, lathargic and. My cat was still in crate in W.Rm. Was told couldn't wait with pup til vet arrive as they didn't know when she would. I went back 4hrs later they were cutting a walk in dogs nails in the waiting room and told me cats still in crate hadn't had time. I go to a small nasty bathroom up front just big enough for me and a steel box with no holes except in front. Heard my pup.. he was sitting in the front shaking from cold.i ask how long ask,cat hadn't eaten since 10 pm the night b4. Was told don't worry wasn't going to kill her jesus went 41 days didn't die. DWAS just going to hold pup and vet came screaming saying I was pissed at her I could take home cat she went all day no eat and no kill her.i hadn't said anything.@@ my hubby called said they got busy my cats 30min.surgery will b in morning. Vets acts like she's on meth. Im scared to go up there. I just want my baby.

Terrible service! The clinic is dirty and swarming with flies. Animals are kept in crates in a cramped bathroom.
