Doctor Rothstein is horrible!!! He wouldnt save my dog cuz he said he wasnt a patient there and he died right outside his door. And with my other dog he wanted to charge me $500 for xray because she had a sore knee. She was fine.

Went to them for years and used to be very happy with them. Over the last few years, have been increasingly displeased with them due to rushed well care visits,lack of attention & overcharging for services they didn't deliver. One time,they even left most of the medicine from the shot on my pet's fur vs. in his body (because they couldn't be bothered to take the time to do it right) & then they were displeased because they had to redo the shot again. I was there monthly due to one of my pets being on monthy shots and other medication. They barely paid attention toward this pet towards the end. I have two more pets and, after going there for years, I will never sit foot in this vet's office again - I was so appalled by the poor treatment they were providing.
