I am 26 years old and have always had pets, we have never taken them anywhere else. They even remember the dog we had to have put down 15 years ago! I have never had a problem with any of the doctors or staff. They are all caring, and have no problem sitting and explaining things to you. I would recommend this practice to anyone and will never take my animals anywhere else!

Dr Bates is a truly caring veterinarian. After dental cleaning and operations on my Yorkie and 30 years with many pets going there I can say they all came out fine from all every time even though my Yorkie has epilepsy.Was also allowed to take in her blanky for comfort after surgery and once I was even allowed by Dr Bates to hold her while he started to put her under as she was afraid.I do ONLY use Dr Bates himself as i have had many years ago some less than A plus surgery with one of the female vets still there which Dr Bates did his best to rectify .Anyone can make a mistake once i guess and other than one time Imperial Animal Hospital is a competent place to take your beloved pet.. if any are ...and he is a truly kind, nice man that loves animals as is his staff for the most part.
