This place is absolutely ridiculous. Called to make an appointment for my new kitten and they said I couldn't because a family member, in a completely different household, had an outstanding balance. Why should someone else's credit, that has nothing to do with mine, make any difference!? Not to mention the horrible care my other animas have received there. I even lost my yorkie because she got pneumonia while under their care. I also know other people that have lost their animals because of rainbow vet's lack of interest in actually helping. All they care about anymore is money, which is a shame because before they moved they were a reputable business. I would never suggest anyone to bring an animal here after the horrible customer service, or lack there of, I have encountered and multiple complaints about their care.

I had an emergency with my cat and he had to be hospitalized for a couple of days due to infection. The staff was always nice. I was allowed to visit my cat as much as I wanted to. They allowed me to bathe him when he urinated on himself, syringe feed him because he wasn't eating. I cleaned his cage myself. It felt great knowing that I could provide so much care myself and that I could visit whenever I wanted. I highly recommend this vet and their staff.
