I can't say enough nice things about Dr.Jackson and his staff. They just recently had to put my 13 year old dog to sleep. It was a very traumatic event for our family and Dr.Jackson's compassion was well appreciated. He was so compassionate and patient with Sadie as well as with my family. We received a note from he and his staff after this sad event and it just brought tears to my eyes. I am so glad to have such a wonderful veterinarian.

I've been seeing Dr. Jackson for three years, when the question of my pet's vaccination records arose. His office had little record of my pet, Max's vaccinations. I asked the office if I could see my Dog's medical records after being called a bad pet owner, they provided me with one sheet for a rash I brought him in for. Nothing else. Here I am spending 100 to 200 dollars a year on vaccinations and he had no record of them. Come to think of it,he always took my dog in the back to give him a shot. I bet he never gave them to him. The office staff is rude trailer trash, and I regret having my babies go to him. Spend the extra couple of dollars and see someone who keeps medical records.
