I only went there one time with my cat. they wouldn't let me back in with her to talk to the vet with her. They returned her to me in the waiting room. I don't care for this impersonal way of doing business. You want to accompany your pet while they examine and answer your questions.

Can't say enough good things about the treatment my dogs & cats have received there. Dr. Dyce is world renowned ortho surgeon & very compassionate. I use their community medicine for my general vet needs. Every person, from parking attendants to cashiers, to vet techs, vet students to all the practicing vets....everyone is genuinely nice. Very cognizant of cost of testing, etc. as well as comfort of your pet.

We were very pleased with our dog's treatment (and our own) at OSU Vet Hospital today. Our dog medical needs were carefully diagnosed, and I am happy that we now have a very comprehensive plan to follow. The doctors in Internal Medicine were very, very thorough and kind! Thank you!

My dog had an evaluation and when she was finished Dr. Kisseberth took us into a room and said he only had a few minutes but if we wanted to wait an hour he could talk in greater length. We waited almost 3 hours at which time his assistant came out and said he was in a class and could not meet with us to discuss our dog. We drove 3 hours each way. Then it took him about a month to respond to an email. Dr. Couto promised to make an appearance when I brought my dog in and he too punked out of the appointment and never showed up. It seems meetings and classes are more important than dogs there. They then charged me almost 200 dollars---for what???? My dog had the exam which did not reveal anything new. I went there for a consult on the info I already had and never got to talk to the doctor more than a few minutes. You would think they would be the cutting edge for treatments but they offered NOTHING new. They stink and if there were a rating lower than 1, that should be it-a minus 1

Like many Owners I am very picky about my Vet. After taking my dog to many Vets this is the first practice I have liked. I took my dog to them the first time last year when no one could figure out what her breathing problem was. Dr. Scansen found and treated her problem quickly. The same dog is currently at OSU taking radiation treatments for nasal Cancer. The biggest set back is the wait and cost. I highly recommend Dr. Brian Scansen and Dr. Eric Green.
