I too thought Dr. Thoreson was cold until I had to put down my aggressive dog that bit my daughter, who I loved more than anything. Then the true side of his nature came out. He helped me in my time of need and guided me when I could not think for myself. He helped me put down my beloved pet and stayed and comforted me in my time of need. Not many would have reached out the way he did. I have totally changed my view on him and maybe as customers we need to realize that the daily grind in any business can wear an individual down emotionally. I'm just glad he was there when I needed him the most. As for the rest of the staff they are great! I board my animals there all the time and drive over 40 miles just to do so because I know they will care for my dogs the way they should be cared for. Oh and as for wait time, come on this is a walk in clinic, not an appointment ran clinic so deal with it, at least you were able to get in the same day and not turned away like other places.

Dr. Thoreson has done exams on a few of my dogs, and I thought his exams were thorough and complete. I give him and the other vets in this clinic a thumbs up, especially Dr. Brian and Dr. Jessica for their very thorough OFA exams.

the staff is not very friendly and customer service oriented.long time sitting around waiting for doctors.dr thoreson isnt a caring vet and dosent take the time with his patients to explain procedures and answer questions.i felt like he gave me bad surgical advice for my pet.i would not reccommend him to anyone.
