These good reports seem to be from years ago. My dog was supposed to have surgery today with Dr. Palmisano, but he was indifferent to my dog special-needs and my vets recommendations. Even though we contacted him and his office in advance, The day before surgery they refused to do anything for him, and acted as if they didn’t know about his special needs, even though we had spoken to them multiple times. I canceled the surgery. My dog is a senior rescue, who had a terrible life, and I wasn’t going to put him in the hands of a practice that did not care about him, but only cared about the $10,000 fee which I would’ve paid had they been kind.

Dr. Palmisano is extremely responsive, professional, & insightful. We are able to trust him with our IVDD dog & have always been able to trust his information. He has quickly responded to our emergencies in an appropriate manner & has effectively handled our dogs diagnostic/surgical inpatient procedures. We are lucky to have his availability for our precious dog.

Removed a mast cell tumor on my cat. Did a good job. Gave her dissolvable stitches and a pain patch. Healing very nicely.

Dr. Palmisano repaired my beagle's torn ACL. The surgery was a huge success but, most importantly, Dr. Palmisano was agressive with the pain management for my sweet little pooch. He gave her a morphine-type patch that lasted 4 days and additional oral pain meds. My beagle was back to normal in a short time. Dr. Palmisano was terrific!
