*	6/24/10	I visited today with my cat with a urinary tract infection. I called in this morning and they said come between 9 and 11. I waited 2 hours, asked when I would get seen she said I was on top. Thirty minutes later after watching 3 or 4 people go ahead of me with only a 10 to 15 minute wait each, I left never to return. What a shame to have front office staff like this when the doctor is great. Oh well my pet and I deserve better even if it costs a little more.I drove 45 minutes each way only to be left and forgotten. One thing to think about, no one is too big to fall, no matter how cheap or good they were.
	11/17/08	There was a time when it was hard to get an appointmen. They finally were ablt to hire a new vet. The clinic offers reasonably priced services. The goal is to see pets that may normally not receive vet care get good veterinary care. They are not state of the art, but do a great job with basic care. They helped me in a time of crisis in 2006. I had 12 cats and lost one due to feline leukemia. After that we had to work out testing for all. They worked with Idexx to get the best rate for the snap combo tests. I took 5 cats at a time before hours. I wound up euthanizing one and treating two. They worked with me to get all the other cats vaccinated. The staff was so very kind to me and sympathetic to my loss. They are my primary clinic. I use another clinic for emergency or sick care. They do recommend several other clinics if they are unable to see a sick animal. I would definitely recommend them to others.
	11/6/07	They almost killed my dog and you can never get an appointment. The only time you can get in is on a saturday if wait for 5 hours. When my puppy was in their hospital over the weekend no one even called me for provide an update like they said they would.
	11/24/06	They are great! Really hard to make an appointment but they have walk-ins. If you can get up early and have time to wait, its worth saving the extra money. I live in the West End and drive 30 minutes to take my lab there. The staff is great and will answer any questions you have. Its only an $8 walk in fee compared to the $25+ walk in fee you would pay in the city. Its worth it.
