I needed to go to this vet clinic just for the use of their ultra sound machine that was suggested by my original vet. I was not greeted when I entered the lobby even though the receptionist was not doing anything. I waited 30 minutes before the Dr came in the evaluate my dog. Waited another 30 before the Dr came back in the get my dog to take x-rays that he suggested we do before the ultra sound to compare them to the x-rays my vet took the day before. Then we would decide if he needed an ultra sound. Waited another 30 minutes after he took my dog in the back. The Dr decided on his own to do the ultra sound instead without notifying my first. He also performed a rectal exam on my dog and expressed his anal glands with out knowledge or consent. I was not allowed to see the actual ultra sound because the Dr told me no, then proceeded to show one photo that he took of the ultra sound on his personal cell phone. That photo was useless and unclear for my vet to use.

Very caring and knowledgeable staff, clean and modern facility. My dog likes to go there!
