The building, rooms, equipment appear clean and functioning. The staff does dress all alike in the same uniform which I like. I think people in at other places wearing lab coats/scrubs think they are professionals but who knows if they are are not. Having pets for 43 years I have seen a difference in animal hospitals. Cleaner, more staff, good waiting rooms, lots of cages means it's a higher level of service/care for more $. Just like there are low level people clinics in low-income areas....there are Beverly Hills type places. I agree the staff looks young but I never had a problem w/ them assisting me. I think their employees should leave room for customers in the lot. The old red head, Hispanic vet is not very good. The 2 Asian female vets are nice and always take care of my animals. I am very satisfied w/ the medical care when I see the Asian vets. Ask for Dr Lo/Li or something that sounds like that.

I agree with the comment above on it is all about the money! Also, there is no one in the building older then 30. Which makes me wonder on the medical experience in this building. Guess he would have to pay more money to a educated doctor...

Dr.Horner, who owns the practice is clearly ALL ABOUT the money. His vaccine protocol is outrageous. His managers have NO CLUE what they are doing and have nothing else on their minds but money (clearly something they have been brainwashed with) The staff wears horrible and very unprofessional looking outfits. Totally unfit for working with animals. When I took my pet there, I could see from the moment I stepped in the place that Dr. Horner had dumped all of his money on his facility and left nothing for his staff and left nothing affordable for his clients. I would do anything for my pets, but nothing there was worth my money because I could tell that no one there cared about my animal at all. They just wanted to get me in and out, while RIPPING ME OFF. It was such a cold and heartless experience!!!! I would never recommend that anyone take their animal there unless they were really wealthy and really desperate for quick and inadequate care.
