I have been taking my cats to Brentwood Veterinary Clinic since 2011. The vets, vet techs, vet assistants and office staff are always professional and friendly. Treatment options and costs are fully explained before any exam or treatment is begun. Any questions I have are answered in terms someone who is not a vet can understand. At Brentwood, staff takes time to get to make my cats comfortable by petting them and giving them treats before they start any exam. We leave the clinic knowing that our cats have been given the best care. I recommend Brentwood Veterinary Clinic.

The staff is extremely rude and act like they are doing you a favor. Attitude is off the charts. I called to schedule a grooming and even got poor attitude by the staff. The supervisor came out and she even had attitude and accused me of cussing and that’s a complete lie. I left feedback on Facebook and they replied to my comment saying they heard me in another room which is total BS. I challenged that claim and they deleted the comment. So they’re liars too. I won’t ever consider that place for anything ever again. What a piss poor example of customer service.

I have been going to Brentwood Veterinary Clinic since 1999, unfortunately this Clinic has gone downhill since losing Dr. Dana Cleek in early 2011. The staff is not as friendly or personal and the doctors don't take the time that Dr. Cleek did. They seem to provide decent care but Brentwood was known for its personal touch. After Dr. Cleek left, I was lucky to get another vet that seem to be worth staying for, but now she is gone too. The office itself seems not as clean and kept up as it used to be. Very unhappy with the turn of events here, clearly losing Dr. Cleek was not helpful.

Very caring doctors, techs, and staff. I have a senior dog with many health issues and he has gotten excellent care for the past year. Staff keeps you informed of your pet's status during their stay. I also use the boarding services and have no qualms about leaving my pets there. They treat your animals like they would their own. Their facilities are clean and the waiting times are shorter than any other vets I have used. I travel past three other vet places on my way to Brentwood. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great doctors. Great staff. Our family has been going there for over twenty years with all our pets. They are awesome for all dog and cats. Our animals love them too.

Neat clean facility w/ very friendly & courteous staff. Vets are very thorough and explain things well. Highly recommended.
