Due to their careless attention, my cat of 9 years passed. He was diabetic, but we didn't know this until the end. Instead of a simple blood test, which I asked for several times, we unnecessarily tortured him: enemas, medicine, shaving and flushing his ears, a specialist. I paid for this awful healthcare because I didn't know any better; I loved my pet and just wanted him to get better. We spent over a $1000, and in the end, on a day the Dr. was out, his replacement finally allowed blood work: diabetes at it's worst stage. Had he been treated properly months earlier, his life could have been saved. I believe, out of guilt, they kept him in the hospital for one last week to poke him with needles and and finally treat him. He was terrified there, especially after so much unnecessary treatment. Left in a cage for one week to be shaved and poked daily by a stranger. Suffering, I told them to please put him down. No apologies, no admitting their mistake, no refund, no discounts.

no appointments, but seldom have to wait long. The vet is good, and inexpensive, but you really don't get to talk to him about the condition of the animal. The receptionist is very nice, but usually does not know any information about your pet. If you do get a chance to talk to the doctor, he is nice, but short on words, even if you ask a million questions, you get very little in reply. Maybe a bit of a language translation problem? Not sure, because he really doesn't say enough.
