If I could give this clinic zero stars, I would. After calling to inquire about help putting Soft Paws on my cats, the receptionist told me that they were useless. When I explained that I found them to be a humane alternative to declawing, and asked if she could please ask the veterinarian, she reluctantly agreed. Two seconds later, she got back on the phone and said, "It's just as I suspected. He won't do it." I asked if I could speak to him, and he got on the phone and told me, "We don't do that here." When I tried to explain my situation, he interrupted me to tell me I should find someone else and hung up the phone. It seems like he took the call purely to be rude to me. I called back to tell them (calmly!) that I was offended by his hanging up on me, and the receptionist told me "not to take it out on [her]."
I will NEVER take my animals there. They are rude and miserable. Their office is nice, but their staff (and the doctor) are awful.
