Great service, Great staff, they treat your pet as one of their own....They always go over everything with you and they always make you feel confortable the minute you walk through the door...Very honest people

I stopped my car in the pouring rain, to pick up a cat that was on the side of the road, near death, and since they were just a block away, I took him in to be put to sleep so he would not suffer. I told them the circumstances, and that I would pay for the euthanasia. They charged me $90 for a suffering, stray cat that was near death, you would have thought they might charge me $25 or so, but $90? Further, they did not give him enough anesthesia on the first injection, so the vet had to rush him in the back room to give him more. Very upsetting.

Extremely expensive! I was given an estimate over the phone for a simple procedure. The vet ended up raising the prices and trying to charge me nearly 3 times what I was told. She was rude, callous and completely uncaring of my pet. She was only concerned with over-charging me. Very aloof. --Disgusting. Shop around!
