	10/16/10	Staff is sometimes (but not always) rude. I don't feel like my pets are safe under their care.
	3/23/09	We have used Banfield for the past 6 years and it seems like we have become just a number. The service is horrible. We have to always drop our dogs off to be seen and then it takes them up 12 hours to see the pet. We are changing vets
