Brought my 4 cats there for years but stopped after vet insisted one cat had flea infestation and needed treatment. I told them that what they were seeing was dandruff. My cats sleep on my white comforter and I've seen one flea in 5yrs. Second issue was behavior another cat was displaying. They kept cat over night,couldn't find anything, but charged me. In the end my co-worker, based on my description of symptoms, said cat was in heat. Low and behold she was. She was fixed by them but some ovarian tissue was left. My issue was I described symptoms but nobody new from my description that she was in heat? Told them she was wailing, dragging her butt around floor and grinding on people. They should have reimbursed me for overnight stay since it was there error.

Wonderful vets but more interested in the mighty dollar than the the clients pocket. I took two cats in for a simple shot and was never informed before hand there is a mandatory health exam required that took one and half minutes for each cat and I was charged $55.80. In essence they spent 3 minuites looking at both cats, charged me $111.60 in addition to the cost of the shots. That equates to $2232.00 per hour !
Spoke to Dawn and asked why we were not informed prior to the visit that we would be subjected to this additional work that I did not request and was told it is standard proceedure.
Oh well guess you should check before taking you pet to these folks what there standard charges are that they dont tell you about before hand!
Find a vet that does not think so highly of themselves as to warrant $2232 an hour.

I have used this hospital for the last 15 years and didn't have anything else to compare it to. A family member came with me when I thought my dog of 15 years was dying and needed to be euthanised-the vet tech said I should do blood work to see what was going on before doing so. The bloodwork as I was told showed my dog was in kidney FAILURE-they kept him overnight and said they would flush his system with fluids & meds and see if this will help and then if it didn't to put him to sleep.I got a call the next am and was told he wasn't doing any better and a decision needs to be made. A family member (who was witness to this )called and said we would be picking up the dog and taking him home. We were told if we wanted a "witness" euthansia we would have to be back by 2:45-after much debate we were going to return at 7 pm.After making some calls to vet friends-I took my dog elsewhere and was told he was not given the proper fluids/meds during his stay and in no way should he be put down!

I brought my puppy here over 10 times for tummy issues. I was never told why he was having diahrrea but was told I would have to keep him on a prescription diet for life. of course it was expensive and only available from the vet. After a couple months of frustration I got a second opinion and found out it was a food allergy from a simple blood test. This place is dirty, staff have attitudes when you have questions, and all the doctor had to say to me when confronted was "sorry". Unnacceptable!!! I will never return to this place, now I know why their visit prices are slightly cheaper then most, in the long run there is no "monetary value" if they have you returning for multiple bogus appointments and never give proper testing or diagnosis, terrible place and terrible service. They should close down.

Tonka, Bella and Brooklyn are all patients of Dr. Diana she has always been caring and informative. We have trusted and recommended her to many of our family and friends. Not to many people care about pets and their families as she does, I we wouldn't trust anyone else.

I USED TO USE THIS VET AND WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. YES IT IS CHEAPER THEN OTHERS LOCALLY, BUT NOT WORTH IT IF THEY KILL YOUR PET.

Dr Diana has taken care of our dogs and a cat for over 10 yrs. She is caring, thorough, and has done an excellent job for a fair price. Their staff is wonderful. I can't understand why the other reviewer would give them a poor rating.

Staff seemed spread too thin and too busy to care about my pets at my appointment. My visit to Dr. Cannan was very upsetting. She rushed in and rushed out without explaining anything to me. She spent literally 30 seconds doing an exam, and cut me off when I tried to ask questions. She seemed very " fake nice" . The prices are reasonable, but I guess- you get what you pay for!!! The facility was unclean, as was the exam room. The receptionist was also rude. I would recommend this hospital and Dr only if you want mediocre service and if you don't care about thorough care for your pets.
