I am so thankful to Dr. Susan Wooten! Their office fee is a bit higher than others but the few dollars is well worth it for the care, compassion, and concern they have for your fur babies! Dr. Wooten spent so much time with my dog, went through a thorough history, and only ran the tests she felt were completely necessary for the proper diagnosis.
Dr. Wooten told me the antiobiotic he had been placed on by the Pet Vet on Patton was known to cause stomach issues. She gave me another antibiotic to try and told me if he had stomach issues to simply call and they would be happy (at no charge) to change his medicine. They were not interested in trying to profit because my dog was vomiting on a certain medicine.
The blood work was drawn on Friday afternoon and before noon Monday Dr. Wooten called me with the results and to discuss treatment plans.
I highly recommend this vet. Dr. Wooten is an amazing, intelligent, caring doctor. My 3 dogs will be under her care from now on.

I have had several cats cared for here. Find everyone to be kind and compassionate. The vets are excellent and spend time with you. I recommend them without hesitation.

I've always brought my pets to this vet. They are great. I never worry when leaving my pets in their care. I have both a cat and two dogs and they treat both equally well. My cat is always nervous to leave the house, but they put her at ease very quickly. She even purred a little at her last vet visit!

The staff at Animal Hospital of North Asheville are top notch. My recent experiences with cancer treatment for my boxer by Dr. Duncan and the compassion of the rest of the staff are above and beyand. They are a bit pricey, but you can't put a price on service, knowledge and compassion.

Board certified doctors, top-notch facility and medical equiptment. Friendly, compassionate, animal-loving staff. Doctors are thorough and explain all treatment options. The best care available for your best friend!
