Thank you, Dr. Stewart and the Guildcrest family! U r the best! Here's our story --Last month, I brought my cat, Annie, to the clinic, looking for a 2nd opinion. Annie has a bit of arthritis but it was getting worse. My regular vet said maybe later this yr, she w/have 2b put to sleep. So I asked Dr.Stewart to examine Annie if she could help. She agreed Annie has arthritis, but discussed some options that she has positive experience with. But 1st, she needed to do some more research first. Her staff was so lovely to Annie & me. A week later, she treated Annie w/a mix of homeopathic and other conventional stuff. Since then, every week, I see Annie getting a little more mobile. :) 1 month later, she walks around nicely, she sleeps fine. she eats fine. Annie is old but that's no reason not to give her the best while she's still here. And that's what Dr.Stewart and her staff gave us. Guess who has a new vet!? :) :)

I took my cat to this vet maybe twice and found the main vet stewert to be very rude to me. She would not take time to explain things and seemed annoyed and gave vague answers when i asked her questions. I would highly NOT recommend this vet if you love your pet. She also doesnt seem to even like cats.

The vets and the staff are great,sympathetic and caring. They were kind and understanding throughout the care and eventual death of one of my cats. Yes, they are a bit expensive but not that much more than other vets. They have always given me options and have never "pushed" or "guilted" into buying what I didn't need.

I've been with this vet for a long time. We've used them for both boarding and treatments. I've appreciated the care and time that they take in caring for our animals. One of my cats is no longer with us but he received the utmost of care while needed. We had monetary restrictions at the time and they gave us the best of care with that.

I was a client at this clinic a while ago, but was turned off their services because the doctor was pushing unnesscary testing and i found her very rude. However i recently had to bring my cat back here beause of an emergencgy, and the staff was amazing! I was pleased to hear that they had a new doctor, and upon meeting her it got even better, she is confident, helpful and compassionate. I have no second thoughts on where to take my kitties for top of the line treatment now :)

I would strongly recommend this clinic! Both Doctors and staff are extremely pleasant and take the time and patience to ensure myself and kitty are well taken care. They are both professional and sympathetic to our needs. My kitty is getting on in years and I appreciate knowing that they personally care for her and her well being.

I found this clinic extremley helpful. I brought my cat in recently and I found they were extremley gentle and kind with him. My cat is usually terrified and goes to the bathroom when he is scared. This time he was calm and was roaming around thr room looking around. They were very informative and let me know about what wass wrong very thoroughly. I would recommend taking your cat there. My cat is usually very timid and he made the place like it was his own.

Do not board your cat at this clinic if your cat is on any kind of medications!!This clinic is not responsible enough to care for your cat if you are leaving your pet over a weekend.They missed giving my cat a prescription that should not be stopped suddenly and my cat died a few days later.

The staff and doctors at this clinic have always been very kind and helpful and have always taken the time to explain things and answer my questions. They always call to follow up after any procedures, etc. When the time came to say goodbye to my cat, they were extremely compassionate, sympathetic and respectful. The cat I presently have was adopted from this clinic. She is very happy, healthy and well-adjusted. They obviously took very good care of her while she lived there. We now feel like part of the family! I have always felt that my cats were well cared for during any procedures or examinations. Their prices for food and medications are similar to other vet facilities. They are always punctual unless there is a case which requires more time and puts them behind. I respect and understand that and know that if it were me, they would give me the extra time as well. I would recommend this facility.

Avoid this cat hospital at all cost. I brought my cat in because he wasint peeing. During the examination they hurt my cat and my cat ended up with foam and blood in his mouth. Then they couldnt diagnose him and told us that they were going to open him up and see whats going on, which would seem to make sense, but he died shortly after the procedure. And they could not give us any explaination to why he passed. Our cat was not aggressive in any way, and was healthy. Also our bill was insanely expensive, which they told us that they were going to give us a discount, because this was around christmas and "out of goodwill, they have a christmas kitty" . Personally i think that they must have caused something during the examination and felt guilty about this, and the "operation" was a lie and they had no choice but to put my cat down. To this day our family has no closure, he was a beloved member of our family, and he will be missed greatly.

The vets and staff at this clinic are excellent! They saved my kitty's life when he was extremely ill and were very caring with me throughout the ordeal. They very patiently taught me how to care for my cat's diabetes - and I was afraid of blood and needles! I also adopted a kitten from the clinic to keep my old guy company. Both kitties are active, happy and healthy and continue to bring me great joy. I have peace of mind knowing that the great staff at the Guildcrest Cat Hopsital are available to care for my cats in the future

I have been using this facility for almost 9 years. The staff and doctors here have always been very kind and caring and have taken the time to speak to me on the phone or in person to address all of my questions and concerns. I even adopted my current cat from them. They try to emphasize prevention which is a good thing, but like everything else, this comes at a cost. Prices for prescription food are totally in line with other facilities.

I've taken my 3 cats there over the years after searching for a competent vet for them. The service is good, but they are EXPENSIVE EXTREMELY expensive. They rip you off for medication like there is no tommorow. If you have the money go visit the vet otherwise, find someone else.

The staff at the front was very helpful but the vet tried to guilt us into buying all these extra pills. Also when our cat was under anesthesia (we agreed) procceded to do tests (or atleast that was what were told) with out telling us...that is untill we got saw the extra $200 on the bill. After she was "too busy " to come talk to us but she only had 1 other patient.

We went to this clinic becaue it is supposed to specialize in cats. I personally found this vet to be incompetant. We took our kitten there for what we believed to be an eye infection and she guilted us into giving her shots and suggested that our cat had chlymadia. One thing I really disliked is that she wouldn't let us stay with her, they took her in the back and we could hear her hissing and crying. Our cat has never acted like that. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
